Professional Services

Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff, and Overhead…………………………. $1,475.00

This fee is for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for Direct Cremations, Immediate Burials, and Forwarding or Receiving remains.) Our services include Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial calls; arrangement conference; coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased; clerical assistance in the completion of various forms associated with a funeral; and covers overhead which includes facility maintenance, equipment and inventory costs, insurance and administration expenses, and governmental compliance.

Care and Preparation for the Deceased

Except in certain special cases, embalming is NOT required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. Cremation Options

Our charges for a direct cremation (without cemetery) includes Basic Services for Funeral Director and Staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remain, alternative container, removal, transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; and cremation.

Our charges for an immediate burial (without any rites or ceremony at the funeral home, graveside, or elsewhere) includes removal, transport to the cemetery, and a minimum service of our staff.

Payment Policy

All charges are due and payable 48 hours prior to the final disposition. We accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards (with a 3% processing fee), and insurance policies (with an 8% processing fee) No personal checks accepted. Warranties

The Funeral Home makes no representations or warranties about the protective value of certain caskets or other burial containers other than those made by the manufacture. The only warranties express of implied granted in connection with the goods sold with funeral service are the express written warranties, if any extended by the manufacturers thereof. No other warranties of merchandising fitness for a particular casket or vault are extended by the seller.
